The Department of Arabic Language and Literature was established in 1997 at the undergraduate level with the recruitment of the first faculty of Dr. Seyed Haidar Farah Shirazi. First, it started its activity in the bachelor's degree, then in 1390, with the launch of the master's degree, and in 1393, it continued its activity. Currently, this field is engaged in its educational and research activities with 7 faculty members in three educational levels (bachelor, master and doctorate).
